About Wallace Eugene (Sonny) Cloud

Wallace Eugene (Sonny) Cloud, born October 6th, 1929, was called home on December 26th 2021. He was a beloved Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Uncle and friend. There to greet him were his wife Marjorie, his parents, Velva and Lona Cloud, and his children Cheryl Cloud, Soni (Cloud) Murrieta, and Kevin Cloud. Left to carry on his legacy of love and kindness are his sister Danell Tarwater, brother Don Cloud, daughter, Tami (Cloud) Housh and spouse Ron , his son, Mark Cloud and spouse Jamie, son in law Tony Murrieta, daughter in law Kay (Switzer) Cloud, 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. He was a kind, compassionate, generous, hard working man who loved his family more than anything. He will be deeply missed.

His celebration of life will be held at 10am on Saturday, January 22, 2021 at Gilbert Memorial Park, 2100 East Queen Creek Road, Gilbert, AZ 85297. A luncheon will follow the service.

I started with Fleet support in 1978 as a Mechanic. I retired in 2006. Worked with Sonny on nights until I went to days. A fun guy to work with. Would also now and then run across Sonny at some Mesa yard sales. Sad to hear of his passing. A really good man.
