Steven Michael Rapp, age 50, of Phoenix, AZ died Tuesday May 5th, 2020 at Valley Wise Hospital. Steven was born May 26th, 1969, in Del Rio, TX, he was the son of Kenneth Rapp & Carmela Scaglione, he was one of seven children. Steve is survived by his two children Devin and Cody; Two grandkids Michael and Kalea. Steve was a freelance journeyman electrician and briefly worked with the electrical union from 2010 to 2011. He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman having caught one of the largest catfish recorded in Maricopa county. He was a wily man, an amazing cook, and a loving father and friend. His inappropriate jokes and ability to hysterically laugh at them will be missed.
