With a heavy heart I share the sad news of the passing of Stanley Thomas Gonzales who left this earth on December 9th, 2022, having attained his dreams, and is now soaring free. He is survived by his wife Debra Leigh Gonzales, Son Jason Gonzales, Daughter Sarah Vargas, Stepdaughters Randi Boone and Stephanie Baker, 6 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by 5 brothers and 1 sister. Stan was proud to have served in the Army during the Vietnam war and was a Marine reservist.

Stan is my oldest friend. We met in fifth grade and were close friends ever since. Sometimes you fall out of contact due to life but when you reconnect it is as if no time has stopped. Stan was a great friend to many. He always had kind words for everyone he knew. It is hard to come to grips with this sad news, but I know that Stan would not want anyone to linger on his passing. That is not the kind of man that Stan was. He would want us just to tell stories of the times we spent together and the laughter that we shared. Stan was the leader of our group and he will shine in our hearts forever. Good bye Stan. You will be missed but not forgotten. Patti

Stan was the sweetest guy around. From high school through his life, he made me feel happy. The world is less without him.
