Ronald Hartley

Ronald Hartley, 90, passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021 in Hospice care in Fountain Hills, AZ. Ron was an army veteran who served in the Korean conflict. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana he moved to Arizona in 1955 where he and his then wife Nancy Jane Hartley had 2 children – daughter Vickie and son Ronnie. Ron was an awesome carpenter and that was his profession throughout his working years. He loved to camp, hunt, fish and tell jokes. He is survived by his daughter Vickie Goulette, daughter-in-law Jalene Hartley, 5 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-granchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Ronnie (Ron) and his wife Grace Hartley. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a donation in Ron’s name to Traditions Health Hospice Services, 1840 E. University Dr., Suite 6, Mesa, AZ 85203 Services will be held Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at A Wise Choice, 9702 E. Apache Trail in Mesa, AZ. Viewing is at 10:30am with the funeral following at 11:30am. Burial will be at National Cemetery of Arizona at 2pm
