Obituary

Robert Thomas Conboy, 59, of Queen Valley, AZ; passed away on May 28, 2009. He was born April 16, 1950 in Longview, WA. He was a professional truck driver, & loved his family, corvettes, hunting, fishing, camping & off road riding. Robert is preceded in death by Bernice and Mel Conboy. Those who remain to miss him are his wife: Janine Conboy; 2 daughters: Dawn Petrey & Kim Cardlin; 2 Sons: Rey Conboy & Aaron Conboy; 2 Sisters: Gina Compton & Cindy Roberti. A Visitation will be held from 1:00 – 3:00 PM with Services being held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, June 6, 2009 at A Wise Choice Desert View Chapel, 9702 E. Apache Trail in Mesa. Interment will be held at 9:00 AM, Monday, June 8th at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd. in Phoenix.

I, PAM COPLEN, BOBBY’S COUSIN, FEEL SO LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A REAL PERSON LIKE BOBBY IN MY LIFE. HE WAS ALWAY MORE THAN READY TO HAVE FUN. Janine, Gina, Dawn, Kim, Rey and Aaron: What can I say, when I saw this obituary the first thing that popped in my head was; “My Bob.” And then I broke down and cried. I love Bob so much, and Jim does too. I just cannot believe he is gone, there is a gapping hole in my heart and all of our lives.
