Mary Margaret Coglianese

Our loving mom, Mary M. Coglianese (Owens), of Gilbert, Arizona passed away peacefully, surrounded by her two daughters, and all of her grandchildren, on Friday, August 27, 2021 at the age of 71. She was born in Springfield, Illinois and relocated to Gilbert, Arizona, her final resting place. She is the loving Mother to Lynn M. Tomford, and Debra M. Walters; cherished grandmother of David, Kristen, Zachary, Andrew, Jamison, and Madyson. Beloved sister of (William) Mick Owens. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Margaret Owens, and her brother (Robert) Bob Owens. Mary was a dedicated employee for Gilbert Public Schools and loved helping others. At our mom’s request there will not be a memorial service and her wished to travel the world will be granted. My song to you Mom is, “Scars in Heaven,” by Casting Crowns.
