Obituary

Kevin Vital Ouellette, age 70, passed away on August 11, 2025. A loving husband, father, a proud Army Veteran, and the biggest kid. Born in Panama City on January 29, 1955, Kevin dedicated his life to his family and his country. He served in the United States Army from 1974 to 1978. After his military service, Kevin worked for the Department of corrections for 36 years. His smile, infectious laughter, huge heart, and outgoing nature made everyone feel like part of the family and brought joy and laughter to all that knew him. He is survived by his bride, Linda Ouellette; his 5 children; 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. His smile will continue to light the heavens.

A celebration of Kevin’s life dates will be announced shortly. In lieu of flower or card we ask you to please send a donation in Kevin’s honor to Tunnels to Tower Foundation

I am still in shock buddy. We just spoke two days prior to your passing. I was blessed ti have know him got close to 40 years. During that time we shared a lot of good times and the statute of limitations have run out. You are pain free and for that I’am grateful. I will miss you brother.
