Jerry Christenson

Jerry Christenson passed away peacefully at his home June 11th surrounded by people who loved him dearly after a short battle with cancer.

Jerry was born May 3rd 1952 to Marvin and Dena in Albert Lea MN. Jerry was a graduate of Albert Lea senior High school in 1970. After high school, Jerry married his high school sweetheart, Diane Mansager in 1973 and they started their life together in Tucson Arizona where they welcomed their 2 children, Blake and Dayna. Jerry spent his career whether at home or in a bodyshop on the clock, repairing and bringing vehicles back to life. Jerry lived his life as if everyday was the last... He never missed a chance to travel, wrench on something he could bring back to life, making memories, enjoying time with family and friends, attending sporting events and always made time for a round of golf.

Jerry is survived by his children, Blake (Hannah) Christenson, Dayna (Jake) Stier, his five grandchildren, Dominic and Acelynn Christenson, Brayden, Brolin and Brekken Stier. His siblings, Darrell (Eileen) Christenson and Donna (Clark) Hoyne and Jerry's significant other Beth Pullen who he spent the last years of his life making amazing memories with as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.

Jerry is proceeded in death by his parents, Marvin ( Jean) Christenson and Dena (Leroy) Larsen as well as his brother Jimmy Christenson.

A celebration of his amazing life and legacy will be held this fall in Minnesota.
