Frank Alexander Southard

Frank Alexander Southard was born October 10th, 1942 in Missouri by Mildred Southard. Frank graduated high school in Oberlin Kansas and attended the University of Kansas where he earned a PHD in sociology. He was married Andrea Castle Southard for 59 years and is survived by his only child, Frank Andrew Southard. Frank Alexander Southard passed away peacefully February 02, 2023. He will always be in the hearts of those who loved him.
