Frances R Mowers

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Frances Ruth Mowers at the age of 76.

Frances lived in Mesa, Arizona and passed away November 20, 2024. She was born on June 17, 1948 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Frances is survived by her son, Christopher, and her grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Clayton, and her two sisters, Thelma and Suzanne. She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
