Elizabeth Ann Holliday

Elizabeth "Ann" Holliday passed from this life to her eternal home peacefully, surrounded by her family in Gilbert at the Lund Hospice home Wednesday August 19th, 2026. She was 86 and 1/2 years old. (Those that knew her knew that the 1/2 year was important to her.)

She was an amazing woman of God that was loved by many. Only heaven knows the number of lives she touched through her many years of prayers for everyone, children's ministries, providing food and visiting fellow church members and those in need. She was an amazing mother that loved her family dearly and is survived by two siblings Al Price and Kay Price, two daughters (Linda Shinever (Dean) and Rhonda Valdez (Danny), 5 grandkids (Daniel Valdez, Kara Valdez-Soto, Austin Shinever, Alec Shinever and Addi Shinever) and 5 great-grand-kids(Billy Valdez, Ava Valdez, Benny Valdez, Jack Perez and Travis Soto).

Ann was born in Texarkana, AR on December 23rd,1939 to Maudie and Jeff Price. She was number five of seven siblings. She moved to AZ after high school where she lived in Maricopa and where she reconnected with Billy Holliday. They were married in Chandler and had 45 wonderful years together before he passed away in 2007.

A celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 5th, 2026 at 10am at New Life Assembly of God, 314 W University Dr, Mesa, Az 85201. Ann will be laid to rest with her husband Billy at a later date.
