About Charlotte Annette Kramer
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Charlotte Annette Kramer, who left us on March 8 th at the age of 65 leaving a profound void in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Born on February 11 th in Lancaster, CA, Charlotte started her career as an Explorer with West Covina Police Department. She then became a dispatcher and after many years took a Dispatch Supervisor position with Los County Fire Department. She dedicated her career to public service earning the respect and admiration of colleagues and the community alike. While working she was able to complete a degree from Pitzer College. Charlotte then worked with Rowland Unified School District working with special needs students.
Charlotte was passionate about animals and always had a variety of pets, including a horse, a raccoon, numerous dogs and cats, and her beloved bird Mellie. She cherished moments and adventures spent with family and friends. The mountains of Southern California were her special place. She enjoyed hiking with friends and her faithful dog Honey.
Charlotte is survived by her sister Becky (Jerry) Kolesiak; brother Bert Kramer; nephew Nicky; niece Amy. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents Bertel & Flora Kramer.
