Antonio Bruno

Antonio Bruno, 75, passed away on January 2, 2022 in Mesa, Arizona. He was born to Vincenzo and Francesca Bruno in San Biagio Platani, Sicily, Italy on December 28, 1946. Antonio led a very happy, active life filled with family, friends, cooking, and soccer.

In 1970, Antonio married Antonina Gambino. They were lucky to have celebrated over 50 years together, working in their restaurant and raising their three children, Francesca Nielson (Franca), Vincenzo Bruno (Vince), and Bernardina Zappone (Dina).

Antonio was preceded in death by his grandson, Tyler Nielson.

He is survived by his wife, Antonina Bruno, his sister, Estella Buscaglia, his three children, Francesca Nielson, Vincenzo Bruno, Bernardina Zappone, and his grandchildren, Antonina Vorhaus (Nina), Antonio Bruno (Tony), Gabriella Bruno (Gabby), Isabella Zappone (Bella), Vincenzo Zappone (Enzo), and Meagan Myers-Perkins.
