Stephen Mark Alvis, 68, passed away on June 6, 2018 in Mesa, Arizona. He was born on September 26, 1949 in Long Beach, California.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah; his children, David, Jared, Jenefer, Suzanne, and six grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, June 11, 2018 at the LDS Church, 1007 South 72nd Street, Mesa, Arizona. The family will be holding private services for burial.
