Partnered Hearts is a professional community for Arizona caregivers and end-of-life professionals. We exist to recognize, support, and connect the people who serve families with skill and tenderness — in hospitals, hospice programs, assisted-living communities, social work offices, chaplaincies, and volunteer programs across the state.
We host gatherings, share continuing education, celebrate exceptional caregivers with the monthly Golden Heart Award, and build the kind of cross-organization friendships that make a hard job a little less lonely. If you serve Arizona families — you belong here.
