Partnered Hearts was established in 2015 by Bunker Family Funerals & Cremation and A Wise Choice Cremation & Funeral Services.

As our funeral directors, care supervisors and family relations associates met with families after the passing of a loved one, our teams were amazed at the stories of dedicated care-giving professionals who were behind these families supporting them with their every need.

We wanted a place to share these stories and give other healthcare professionals and families a chance to recognize caregivers who are making a difference. We also wanted to create a space where Arizona caregiving professionals could connect, be uplifted and inspired. Providing care for an individual in his or her last days can be an incredibly rewarding experience, but it can be challenging and overwhelming at the same time. Bunker Family and A Wise Choice both believe that no one should have to navigate caregiving alone and unsupported.
From these two needs, Partnered Hearts was born. Today, this site is a place for caregivers to connect, celebrate, learn and grow. The result is a better level of service and seamless transitions for families as caregivers support them in the passing of a loved one.
